Random Animal Generators, One Group at a Time

Each page here draws animals from one group, so you can ask for a dinosaur, a dog breed or a sea creature and get only that. Every animal comes with a short checked fact: when a dinosaur lived and how long it grew, which country a dog breed is listed under, which ocean zone a jellyfish drifts in. Chips narrow the draw, so a quiz host can ask for birds of prey only and an artist for nothing but beetles. Rows of chips work together: Jurassic meat-eaters, owls that live in Europe, small terriers, or sharks and rays found in fresh water. Six pages have a Hide all facts button for guessing rounds. The dog, bird and bug pages keep a tick sheet: draw up to 40, tick what you find, and print the sheet with a box beside each name. The full list sits under every tool, sorted into groups, with the sources named beneath it. For every kind of animal at once, use the random animal generator. Saved lists stay in your browser.
