Four kinds of stream topic
Ask chat topics hand the talking to viewers: a roll call of what everyone is drinking, a vote on the mood, a name for the mug on your desk. Tell a story topics start with you, such as a recipe that came out nothing like the picture. Hot takes are small opinions to argue with: popcorn is a meal, Sunday evening is worse than Monday morning. This or that topics are quick picks about streams, desks and screens, such as watch live or catch the replay.
When chat goes quiet
Say the topic, give your own answer first, then read out the question under it. Your answer fills the gap while viewers type and shows how short a reply can be.
Defend a hot take badly on purpose and let chat put you right.

How this list was compiled
All 200 stream topics and the questions under them were written for this page on 2026-10-08; none is copied from another list. There are 50 in each of four kinds, which are our own sorting: Ask chat (a roll call, a vote or a small job handed to viewers), Tell a story (a story of your own to tell), Hot take (a small opinion to argue with) and This or that (a quick pick, most of them about streams, desks and screens). Every topic ends in a question that a viewer can answer in a short chat message. Each line was read against the house rules of our question lists: it can be said aloud in a few seconds; it does not ask about money, health, bodies, looks, romance, politics, religion or a painful memory; and it names no platform, game, brand, show or living person. Because the answers are typed where strangers can read them, no question asks a viewer for a name, an age, a school, a home town or an address, or for a detail that sites use as an account security answer. The hot takes are opinions about small things (food, weather, chores, streams) and are not statements of fact; the topics have no right answer. Compared on 2026-10-08 with every other list on this site and with our sister sites' question lists, so that no topic and no question under one repeats a line on another of our lists.
