How it works
This pizza name generator writes one line of a menu: a name such as The Sunday Table, then a base, two toppings and a finish. Every topping is one that Wikipedia's pizza articles name, from pepperoni to smoked reindeer.

Name a pizza in one press
Keep a name you like and deal the toppings again until the pizza suits it, or keep one base and name five pizzas for the same menu.
Where the toppings come from
The first topping list holds cheeses and vegetables and the second holds meat, fish and fruit, so every pizza gets one of each. Banana is a common topping in Iceland, and in Sweden it meets curry sauce. Japan adds corn, potatoes and eel, and Finland has a pizza with smoked reindeer. The lists under the tool say where each one is eaten.
- The names are about the table, the street and the day, so any name fits any build.
Questions and answers
What should I name my pizza?
Try a name about the place or the moment, such as The Sunday Table, The Lucky Napkin or The Red Scooter. The menu line already lists the toppings, so the name is free to say something else.
What are the most common pizza toppings?
For the United States, Wikipedia lists anchovies, ground beef, chicken, eggplant, ham, mushrooms, olives, onions, peppers, pepperoni, pineapple, salami, sausage, spinach, steak and tomatoes. Each is in the lists here in some form.
Where was Hawaiian pizza invented?
In Canada. Wikipedia's article says the first Hawaiian pizza was made in Chatham-Kent, Ontario, in 1962; it is topped with pineapple, tomato sauce, mozzarella and either ham or bacon.
Can it name a pizzeria?
No. It names one pizza on the menu. For the place itself, use the restaurant name generator.
