Fifty-six of the 99 have under 1,000 people, and only Cheyenne and Casper have 50,000. Carbon County has ten places, the most. Frannie's card says mostly in Big Horn County, because the town crosses into Park County.
Laramie is not in Laramie County
Laramie, the fourth largest city, is in Albany County, while Cheyenne is in Laramie County. It is the only such trap on the cards. Sheridan is the one place named like the county it is in.
